- Do you deliver candles to George?
- Yes. 1–2 working day delivery via PUDO and Courier Guy. We ship via PUDO and Courier Guy and confirm tracking by email once your order is dispatched.
- Where are Claudi's candles made?
- Every candle is hand-poured in our studio in Mossel Bay, Western Cape. We use a soy-coconut-palm blend for our containers and a structural CA60-soy blend for pillars, in batches of 25 — never per order.
- Do you supply hospitality businesses in George?
- Yes. We work with guesthouses, boutique hotels, spas, and short-let properties across Garden Route. Bespoke fragrance development, branded vessels, and recurring fulfilment — request a sample kit on our hospitality page.
- Can I order custom candles for my wedding in George?
- Yes. Wedding candles are a core part of what we do — pillars for centrepieces, branded tumblers for favours, and custom scents matched to the season. Reach out at least four weeks before the event for best results.
- How long do your candles burn for?
- Burn time depends on the vessel: 200ml tumblers run about 35 hours, 320ml tumblers about 55 hours, bamboo vessels around 50, and pillars up to 70. Trim the wick to 5mm before each light and burn to a full melt-pool on the first burn.
