Cookie Policy

What are cookies
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They help websites remember your preferences and function correctly across page loads.
Cookies we use
We use a minimal set of cookies — only what is necessary to operate the site:
- Authentication cookies— set when you sign in to your Claudi's account. These keep you logged in during your session and are deleted when you sign out or your session expires. No authentication data is stored beyond what is needed for this purpose.
- Session cookies — temporary cookies that expire when you close your browser. Used to maintain your cart and browsing session.
We do not use advertising, retargeting, or third-party advertising cookies.
Analytics
We use Plausible Analytics to understand how the site is used (page views, referrers, popular pages, and conversion events). Plausible is privacy-first and cookieless — it sets no cookies, does not track you across websites, and collects no personal or identifiable information. All measurement is aggregated and anonymous. Because no personal data is processed, no cookie-consent banner is required.
Should we introduce any analytics or advertising tools that do use cookies (for example Google Analytics or the Meta Pixel), this policy will be updated and a consent notice shown before they load.
How to control cookies
All major browsers allow you to view, block, and delete cookies through their settings. Blocking essential cookies may affect your ability to sign in or use the cart.
- Chrome: Settings → Privacy and security → Cookies
- Safari: Preferences → Privacy
- Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security
