These terms govern your use of claudis.co.za and any purchase you make from Claudi's. By placing an order you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms. Claudi's is a boutique fragrance studio based in Mossel Bay, Western Cape, South Africa.

All products are hand-poured in small batches in our Mossel Bay studio. Product descriptions, fragrance notes, and burn times are provided in good faith and are accurate to the best of our knowledge. Minor batch-to-batch variation in colour and texture is inherent to artisan production and does not constitute a defect.

Product images are representative. Vessel colour, label finish, and wax texture may vary slightly from images shown.

All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price at the time of order placement is the price you pay.

Payment is processed securely through PayFast. We do not store or have access to your payment card details.

Orders are acknowledged by email immediately. Because products are made in batches of 25, fulfilment lead times are typically 1–5 business days from payment confirmation. We will notify you of any delay beyond this window.

We reserve the right to cancel and refund an order if a product becomes unavailable, if a pricing error occurred, or if we are unable to verify payment.

Orders are shipped via PUDO or Courier Guy depending on your location. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Orders over R1 000 qualify for free standard shipping within South Africa. We do not currently ship outside South Africa.

Risk of loss passes to you on dispatch. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by the courier after dispatch, but we will assist you in lodging a claim where appropriate.

Your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 (CPA) apply in full. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights. See our Refund Policy for the return and exchange process.

Candles are flammable products. By purchasing from us you confirm that you have read and will follow the safety instructions on the product label and on our Safety page. Claudi's accepts no liability for injury, damage, or loss caused by improper use of our products.

All content on claudis.co.za — including fragrance formulations, copy, photography, and branding — is the intellectual property of Claudi's. You may not reproduce, copy, or distribute any content without written permission.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Western Cape.
