Claudi's offers three vessel tiers across all 21 signature scents: the Coastal Tumbler (The Signature Blend, 25–40 hours), the Atelier Bamboo Jar (The Signature Blend, 25–40 hours), and the Heritage Pillar (The Sculptural Blend, 27–180 hours).

What wax blends does Claudi's use?

Accepted Answer

Two, both our own: The Signature Blend — soy-led, poured for a slow, even melt and a generous throw; The Sculptural Blend — firmer, made to hold a clean edge in open air. The Signature Blend fills every vessel we make, from the Coastal Tumbler to the Atelier Bamboo Jar — the wax does not change with the glass. Both are plant-derived, developed in the studio over a long run of test pours, and the ratios stay with us.

How do I find the right Claudi's scent?

Start with a collection that matches your mood or space: Coastal Collection, Fynbos Collection, Manor Collection, Gather Collection or Seasonal Collection. Request a sample pack to test up to four scents before committing to a full purchase.

Are all Claudi's candles available in every scent?

Accepted Answer

Yes. All 21 signature scents are available across all three vessel tiers. Seasonal and limited-edition scents are available in all vessels while stock lasts.

What is the return policy for candles?

Accepted Answer

Claudi's accepts returns within 14 days of delivery for unopened, unused candles in original packaging. Opened candles are not eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect. See the full policy at claudis.co.za/policies/refund.

How long does shipping take?

Accepted Answer

Candles are hand-poured and cured to order, so allow 3–4 working days before your order is dispatched. Nationwide delivery via PUDO locker or door-to-door courier then takes a further 2–5 working days depending on your address — roughly 5–9 working days in total. Shipping is a flat R85, and free on orders over R1 000.
