Wholesale & Trade Terms

These terms apply to wholesale buyers, hospitality accounts (guesthouses, boutique hotels, spas, resorts), corporate gifting clients, and any party purchasing Claudi's products for resale, gifting, or property use at trade pricing.

Retail purchases from claudis.co.za are governed by our standard Terms & Conditions.

Wholesale and hospitality orders have a minimum quantity of 25 units per SKU per order. This reflects our batch production model — we pour in batches of 25 to maintain quality and consistency. Smaller quantities are available at retail pricing.

Trade orders are produced to order. Standard lead time is 7–14 business days from payment confirmation. Urgent or large orders should be discussed in advance — contact us at hospitality@claudis.co.za for capacity and timeline.

Trade pricing is provided on request and varies by volume, product range, and account type. All prices are in ZAR and include VAT. Invoices are issued on order confirmation.

Payment in full is required before production begins unless a credit account has been separately agreed in writing. We do not accept payment on delivery for new accounts.

Custom-labelled products (private-label, hotel branding, corporate gifting) are available for qualifying orders. A design brief and approval process applies — no production begins until you have signed off on the final label design. Custom products are non-refundable once production has started.

All intellectual property in fragrance formulations, label designs (other than client-supplied artwork), and brand elements remains the property of Claudi's.

We offer a free favour-sized sample pack (up to four scents — you cover R85 shipping) plus a one-time 20% welcome order, extended by invitation after you apply. Full details are in our Sample Program. The one-time welcome discount is separate from the wholesale pricing described here.

Wholesale buyers may resell Claudi's products. You may not represent Claudi's products as your own brand, reverse-engineer our formulations, or use our brand assets outside of standard resale contexts without written permission.

Claims for damaged goods must be submitted within 5 business days of delivery with photographic evidence. We will replace damaged items at no charge. We do not accept returns of undamaged goods on wholesale orders.
