Sample Program

We want you to experience our fragrances before you commit to a full order. On request, we send a free sample pack of favour-sized samples, and we open a one-time welcome order at a 20% discount. The offer is extended by invitation after you apply through one of our trade or events forms (hospitality, weddings, corporate, or wholesale).

Choose up to four scents. We'll send favour-sized samples so you can test them in your space. The samples themselves are free — you only cover a flat R85 shipping fee, which confirms the request and covers postage. Sample packs are limited to one per customer.

Paying the shipping fee is a prerequisite for the sample pack. We don't ship free stock and free postage; this keeps the programme sustainable and fair to everyone.

Alongside your sample pack, you may add a once-off welcome order at 20% off retail — any products, any quantities — delivered with your samples. This discount is a one-time welcome and is not a standing wholesale rate.

The once-off 20% welcome discount is separate from wholesale pricing. Wholesale rates are reserved for qualifying trade accounts and larger orders, and are agreed on a per-account basis — they are not granted automatically. We reserve the right to decline or limit sample requests — including from competitors or where the programme is being used in a way it isn't intended — and to change these terms at any time. Sample packs and the welcome discount are non-transferable and can be used once.
